…pour le métier de boucher s’est révélée dès l’enfance. Par la suite, après avoir obtenu un BAC Pro et un BTP gestion d’exploitation animale, j’ai suivi une formation pour transformer cette envie en vrai savoir-faire.

My passion to be a butcher dates back to my childhood. Later, after my Bac Pro and a professional technician’s animal farm management diploma, I did a training course to convert my aspiration into skills.
